Kingpin Michael and his girlfriend Sacha vacation with their mob family in Turkey. Ice cream outings and poolside afternoons are frequently interrupted by criminal upsets, but when Sacha befriends a fellow vacationer things go way off course. HOLIDAY is a slap in the face of a film. In poignant juxtaposition, verminous content is strung across gorgeously sterile cinematography. Challenging, intensely relevant, and provocative as hell – the film doesn’t just comment on the times, it rubs the audience’s face in them, holding us all responsible. Size XXXL trigger warning.
