In Colima, Mexico, three somewhat distant brothers reunite to take care of their adorable 93-year-old grandmother, América, after their father is arrested for neglect. This deeply intimate portrait of sacrifice and love captures the struggles of the young men as they feed and bathe her while nearly coming to blows over money and responsibilities. Beautifully shot, the film masterfully captures a story so personal, you can’t help but feel engaged.
